A mess without a will

Posted in Financial, General, Misc by vwlp

My relative died recently, and only had a hand-written note about what he wanted done with his estate. Our family has been in a turmoil over the right thing to do. I now know how important it is to have your ducks in a row. We’ve done a lot of research since then regarding this and are starting to understand the legal terminology. For example, attorneys for wills and trusts are highly recommended so that your wishes can be written down and finalized so that there is no doubt as to your intentions.

I am trying to secure financing for a ceramics business.

Posted in Uncategorized by zoogie

I ahve always loved ceramics. I can remember going to the ceramics shop as a child. I would go with my mom. We would paint pieces and bring them home to display in our our house. I took ceramics classes in high school and at the arts school where I attended college. I would like to open my own shop, but I am having trouble securing the financing for a ceramics business. Equipment, such as a kilns, is expensive. I cannot open the shop until I am able to come up with enough money for equipment and supplies. I have been to several banks and finance companies, but no one wants to give me a loan for the amount of money that I need. This is not due to my credit rating. I am told that the business will not be profitable enough to repay the loan.

Minneapolis Homes for Sale

Posted in General, Real Estate by doko

Sooner or later, most of us resolve to make the metamorphosis from renters to home owners. Finding homes for sale in Minneapolis can be a straightforward process for the buyer if they are smart enough to hire a reputable Minnesota real estate agent.

Some people are fooled into believing that they can save money by NOT using a real estate agent - and this is a myth that can actually cost you extra money at the closing table!

This is because there are so many new things for first time home buyers to know about. For example, a first time home buyer can get as much as 30 to 35 thousand dollars MORE in financing than people that have already purchased a home in the past! Just knowing this is a critical point to make certain your lender knows so that when you go search for Minneapolis homes for sale you understand how much you can afford to purchase.

Minnesota Realtors have unlimited access to the current MLS listings in Minnesota and can comprehensively investigate houses that match up with the buyers’ desires and affordability. This will help to guarantee that your Minneapolis real estate purchase is a happy one!

Buying Mobile Homes

Posted in Credit, Financial, Lending by jkwent

If you’re looking to buy a mobile, you better have good credit. I’ve seen a recent trend of people looking for mobile home loans with bad credit and they get nowhere.

Mobile home loans are risky for lenders. That’s why if you want one, your credit better be in very good condition. Otherwise, you might consider renting or using a rent-to-own option. Mobile home mortgage loans are not the only option.

Make Money with Payday Loans

Posted in Loans by info@oneworldinternetcafe.com

Back to Payday Loans.

I led you to believe that I had found a goldmine in the previous post on Payday loans. I showed you how many times it gets searched each month and how few sites existed that compete for this term on the serp’s. I also mentioned that clicks for adsense ads ran in the $5 and up range. I didn’t lie to you as this is a goldmine but I didn’t tell you everything either.

Payday Loans is a taboo keyword. It sits along side of “lemon laws”, “mesothelioma” and countless other spam keywords introduced to the world by “The Rich Whatever Guy”. The reason there are so few sites competing for “payday loans” is because Google wiped the slate clean of the millions of spam sites that used to target this term. If you try and start a new site with taboo keywords in your url, title or sometimes even mention the keywords in your post you will be flagged immediately and ignored - forever. If you are using blogger you will likely see your site disappear before your eyes. Spamblogs are a lot harder to pull off now and this has made it a lot easier for the rest of us to target productive keywords.
